In 1992 while living in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I was certified to teach Meditation and Healing Classes. I had been meditating since a teenager and nothing really happened during many years of 'sitting' and mantralization. When I began learning how to ground myself and 'actively' meditate...a whole new world opened up. I began to see with the inner vision. I could not blame the meditation path I was on earlier as it was on my end that the problem was. I love to teach this step by step process to others along with lots of other interesting (to me and maybe to you goodies) For a few years prior to getting certified I worked solo - I found that working with a group opened up a whole new dimension. 

Darkness and bummer moods can creep into our awareness at any time and there is something you can do about it to stay in the Happy. There is something called Spiritual Joy and we all have access to it. There are many things going on in the world that we let pull us off course of what we are creating. It is like energy judo to keep our focus sometimes. There are a few things we can do to carry our intentions where ever we go!

On Wednesday November 14th from noon to one I will be sharing a free ZOOM class to assist everyone to have a happier holiday. There will be a follow up in mid December with more goodies.

There are simple ways using light and color and our intention to enjoy a lighter, brighter and more joyful Holiday. Will you join us to add to the fun?
